What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to type into the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), project type (optional), and your message. Nothing is collected automatically in the background.

This site does not use cookies, does not run analytics or tracking scripts, and does not log your IP address, location, or device details.

How the contact form is handled

When you submit the form, it is sent through EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service, directly to our inbox at agentixstudio@gmail.com. EmailJS processes the message only to deliver it to us; it is not used for marketing and is not sold to anyone.

If EmailJS is not active, the form instead opens your own email application with the same details pre-filled, and nothing reaches our servers until you choose to send that email yourself.

What your browser stores locally

This site remembers your light/dark theme choice, and whether you have dismissed a time-of-day theme suggestion, using your browser’s local storage. Both are stored only on your own device, are never sent to us, and are not used to identify or track you. The time-of-day suggestion is based on your device’s local clock, not your location — this site does not use geolocation.

How long we keep enquiry emails

We keep messages sent through the contact form for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry and any resulting conversation, then delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

We handle any personal data you send us with care, in line with applicable data protection principles. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing agentixstudio@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if what we collect or how we handle it changes. Last updated 9 July 2026.
